    The service was all in all great. The room was decent size and heated and the view of Prague skyline was amazing! The staff was wonderfully friendly and cooperative and everything was amazing. The hotel had a particularly good and beautiful location steps away from Municipal House.

    The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old city. The breakfast team was fantastic, serving fresh omelettes every morning and ensuring everything was replenished. The wellness massage options really help you relax and recharge after a day of sightseeing. Just a stroll away from landmarks reminiscent of paris.

    We had a deluxe queen room with a view to street. The hotel had an UNBEATABLE location not too far from Museum of Alchemy.

    Great Hotel, staff was excellent, food very good

    The Hotel only offered a bed with down quilts, so the sleeping was either too hot with the quilt on or too cold with the quilt off. I wish they would off an american style bed with a sheet and two light blankets. This way I could adjust the warmth / coolness of the bed and have a sustained sleep period.

    It's not the first time we've stayed here. Hotel is in the downtown! Great breakfast! Beautiful view from the balcony. Staff is friendly. Comfortable bed.

    Amazing breakfast and friendly staff!

    We stayed for 7 nights in a beautiful double room. The breakfast buffet was so good! They had all kinds of hot food, pastries, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even gave us maps and tips for getting around.

    the hotel was nothing less than fantastic.staff were extremely helpful, friendly and could not do enough for us during our stay.the location is ideal, the design of the exterior and interior is beautiful.breakfast was top class.we made use of the spa most days.hotel car was available easily, tickets for any tours or shows were arranged by the hotel free of charge.we would recommend this hotel highly, and would definitely return.
